Improve MyChores API

I have been rewriting MyChores Mobile to be a simple PHP application with no intelligence at all, just using the API. I will use the same ideas for MyChores for Kids and MyChores Google gadget, which are goals for the future.
For all of this, the API needs improving. Some has been done already but there is more to be done.
