SUGGESTION: Add a simple way of making feedback

Reported by Derek Neighbors | January 12th, 2009 @ 05:31 PM

Consider using something like uservoice.com to handle customer feedback. It's integrated nature generally makes people more willing to provide feedback. I can look at adding it, if it's something you agree would be a benefit..

Hi Derek, we actually already have an account on GetSatisfaction which can do the same thing. http://getsatisfaction.com/mychores

I set up the account a while ago, but nobody has ever used it and i don't publicise it very widely.

I think i'd prefer a small textarea and a send button at the side of each page. The problem with GetSatisfaction is it likes people to create an account, which generally puts people off, i think. How does UserVoice deal with remembering who said what?

Try a small box much like getexceptional.com - they got the idea from shopify.

Will need to work around the re-captcha. Maybe only require it if not logged in - that should work nicely.
