Allow Filter by User

Currently in workload view you can see ALL team tasks, Your Tasks, or Your Tasks Today. It would be VERY nice to filter by any TEAM Member in that view. Especially when have kids that you are "overseeing". :)

Submitted pull request for the start of this functionality. A little bit cloudy on how "teams" work, so made some assumptions. I was bad and didn't write tests or assure current test suite was still passing.

You did well Derek. Your code got me started, at least.
I added some helpful functionality such as person.confirmed_teams, person.fellow_team_members, team.confirmed_members and wrote specs for these.
I also wrote a whole load of Cucumber tests for the filter by user functionality, which provides a very good base for us writing further tests in the future.
It should be possible to dramatically simplify the controller logic, and i want to turn the workload views into partials, but for now i'll consider this ticket resolved. The functionality is now live.
