Add Approvals

Would be nice as parent to let a child mark something complete, but send it for approval to review the work was done before finalizing it as complete. This is low priority in my eyes especially if permissions are implemented.

Nice idea. I think i probably won't do this, but i'll keep it on the list as it might come as a configurable option.
