Add Permissions by User

With kids that have accounts (not virtual users). Would be nice to prevent them from deleting chores and control whether they can mark complete on their own or not.

Yeah, the idea is that MyChores for Kids will be a separate site, using the API. It will have minimal permissions, and tasks will only appear if they are actually assigned to the child.
However, i am very aware that MyChores for Kids has been a conceptual idea for a long time now and i really should get on and do something with it!
I still think it might be useful to have permissions, for example, people have suggested points for chores. It would be a bit silly for people to edit a task to change its points level in order to score more points! Hmm, gotta think a bit more.
