Make sans serif the lowest common denominator font

Basically, for my netbook which falls down to the most basic serif font because it doesn't have any of the options in the CSS file.
Hopefully a nice easy fix to be the first one for me to sign off!

It turns out it did have sans-serif, but the 'Trebuchet MS' was breaking it.
I hope 'Lucida Grande' is just as acceptable.
