BUG: Teams can get left with nobody in them

It is possible to remove all members from a team, and then nobody can administer it or even delete it. It just hangs around doing nothing.
Solution: Allow the person who created the team still to administer it after leaving the team: to people back in or delete it.

Okay, so old empty teams can now be deleted by the team owner.
For the future, team owners cannot be removed from the team membership. However, they can delete the team, which destroys all memberships.
