Estimate time to complete tasks

Various people have asked for this. I imagine it will be a simple numeric field for number of minutes. Might be useful for reporting and potentially scoring. Could also apply to MyChores for Kids, if linked to pocket money calculating.
Sub-issue: Would need to think up estimate times for the default tasks.
