Reporting options

It would be nice to have reports - need to think carefully about how it could be done. Probably will have a set of standard report templates, with site supporters able to define their own templates in addition. Maybe also with exporting options.

A report suggestion from londress: Show the tasks assigned to, and the tasks completed by a particular person
